Process Safety Training
Course Overview
This course provides an in-depth study of each PSM element. This course introduces each PSM element and the specific guidelines for integrating PSM element requirements into other corporate programs and evaluating program compliance throughout the implementation phase. It will covers how to expand your PSM program to include the RBPS (risk-based process safety) elements as proposed by the CCPS (Central for Chemical Process Safety).
The goal of the lesson is make employees aware of the primary objective of process safety management: to prevent unwanted releases of highly hazardous chemicals into locations that expose employees and others to serious hazards, and to provide an overview of the standards and best practices necessary to achieve that.
